About

Built by someone who shipped the boxes himself.

I know what bad fulfillment feels like because I’ve lived it.
Founder First Fulfillment exists because the fulfillment market has two ends and nothing in the middle: enterprise 3PLs who won't return your call, and a spare room in your house.

Before this was a fulfillment company, it was a consumer brand — the kind that hand-wrote thank you notes and wrapped glass bottles in tissue at eleven at night because nobody else would do it properly.

Growth is supposed to fix that. Instead it introduced a new problem: the 3PLs who would take our volume treated a careful product like a commodity, and the ones who cared were too expensive to reach. Packaging specs got ignored. Invoices grew line items nobody had mentioned. Questions took days.

So we built the partner we couldn't find. A small floor, run by an operator, priced in public, and answerable directly to the founders whose names are on the boxes.

That's the whole thesis. It isn't complicated — it's just uncommon.

How we operate

Four rules we don't bend.

Say the number first

Pricing, capacity, and limitations go on the website before they go in a proposal. If a founder can't afford us yet, we'd rather they know in ten seconds than ten days.

Own the mistake out loud

Every operation makes errors. Ours get reported to you before your customer reports them to you, with what we changed so it doesn't repeat.

Protect the unboxing

The moment your customer opens the box is the only part of your brand we control. We treat it that way.

Grow slowly on purpose

We add brands at a pace the floor can actually absorb. Turning away good business is how the existing business stays good.

What makes us different

The short version, if you're skimming.

  • You talk to the person filling your orders

No ticket queue, no account manager who leaves in four months. Your questions go to the person accountable for the answer.

  • Published pricing

Our full rate card is on this website. You can price your unit economics before you ever speak to us.

  • No surprise line items

Every fee we charge is named on the quote. If it isn't on the quote, it isn't on the invoice.

  • Deliberately limited capacity

We take on a small number of brands so each one gets real attention. When we're full, we say so.

  • Built for premium packaging

Fragile, glass, liquids, and considered unboxing are the default here — not an exception that costs extra to explain.

  • Operator's honesty

If we're not the right fit for your volume or your product, we'll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Next step

Come see whether this fits.

A thirty minute call with the operator. If we're wrong for your brand, you'll hear it on that call rather than three months into an agreement.
