Pick & pack
Priced by monthly order volume.
You're billed for the first item in an order, then a lower rate for each additional item in that same order. Your tier is reviewed monthly — when volume grows, the rate drops automatically.

- Packaging materials. Standard mailers, boxes, and dunnage are billed at cost with no markup. Custom branded packaging is sourced by you or quoted separately.
- Freight. Inbound and outbound freight is booked with your carrier or ours and billed at actual cost plus the coordination fee.
Our commitment
If it isn't on your quote, it isn't on your invoice.
Rates are held for the term of your agreement. Any change is communicated in writing at least 30 days ahead — never applied first and explained later.
