What we collect

Information you give us directly through our quote, shipping estimate, and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, company, website, and the operational details you choose to share about your products, volumes, and current fulfillment setup.

Files you upload for a shipping comparison, such as carrier exports or invoices.

Basic attribution data captured when you submit a form: the page you were on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the URL.

How we use it

To prepare and send you a quote or shipping comparison, and to follow up about it.

To operate your account if you become a client — receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping your inventory.

To understand which marketing efforts bring us founders worth working with.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to third-party marketing lists. We do not share your shipping data with other brands, and we do not use it for anything except preparing your estimate.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable by the public. Uploaded files go to private storage accessible only to Founder First staff. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

Retention and deletion

We keep quote submissions and shipping data for as long as needed to serve you, and delete them on request. Email us and we'll remove your record and any uploaded files.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from any follow-up email by replying and telling us to stop.
