How it works

Two weeks from first call to first shipment.

Onboarding a 3PL is where most of the pain lives. Here is the whole sequence, written out, so you know exactly what's expected of you and when.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes with the founder — not a sales rep. We look at your real order data, your SKU list, and what's actually breaking.

    Day 1
  2. 02

    Written quote

You get a line-item quote against our published rate card. Every fee is named. Nothing appears on the invoice that wasn't on the quote.

    Within 48 hours
  3. 03

    Onboarding & integration

Store connection, SKU setup, barcode assignment, and packaging spec — documented and confirmed before a single unit ships.

    Week 1
  4. 04

    Inventory transfer

Inbound scheduled, received, counted against your manifest, and put away. You get a receiving report with any variance flagged. Any issues we troubleshoot together.

    Week 1 – 2
  5. 05

    Go live

First orders ship under close watch. We check the first hundred packs personally before we let the process run on its own. We follow with quarterly spot checks to ensure standards are continuously met.

    Week 2
  6. 06

    Ongoing partnership

Direct line to the founder. Quarterly review of accuracy, ship times, and cost per order — with the levers to actually move them.

What we need from you

A short list, gathered once.

We ask for these during week one so nothing stalls later.

  • A SKU list with barcodes, dimensions, and weights
  • Store admin access or an integration invite
  • Your packaging spec — or the boxes and inserts you want us to match
  • Inbound shipment details and a manifest for each
  • A named contact for exceptions and damaged-goods decisions

Once you're live

What a normal day looks like.

  1. 01

    Orders import continuously

Your store pushes orders to us in real time as they're placed — no batch export, no manual upload.

  2. 02

    Picking runs against live counts

Every pick decrements inventory immediately, so your storefront never sells a unit that left the building.

  3. 03

    Packing follows your documented spec

Box size, dunnage, insert placement, and tissue are written down during onboarding and followed on every order.

  4. 04

Labels print and tracking pushes back

Rates shopped across carriers, label applied, tracking returned to your store and your customer automatically.

  5. 05

    Daily cutoff, then next-day queue

Anything before cutoff ships same day. Anything after enters tomorrow's first wave.

Switching partners

Already with a 3PL? The transition is the easy part.

We run both operations in parallel while your inventory moves, so no order goes unshipped during the handover. We'll help you read your current contract's notice period, plan the transfer around your slowest week, and reconcile the final count against what actually arrives.

Questions during the switch go straight to Travis, not a migration queue.

Next step

Let's see if we're the right fit.

Tell us about your brand and your volume. You'll get a written quote against our published rate card within 48 hours — or an honest "we're not the right partner for this."
